FAQ
What is the purpose/how can this program help me?
This program has been designed to specifically support employees who work in complex environments with moderate to high levels of workplace stressors. The program is based on evidence-based research, client and clinician feedback, and Caraniche at Work’s 20+ years of experience working with a range of organisations and their employees. The program will focus on identifying particular areas of stress/risk and will then work with you, your team, and your Manager/employer to support the implementation of targeted solutions. This may include access to online resources, podcasts, group-based workshops to build resilience, a range of capability development sessions (trainings), as well as referral to individual counselling support, if required.
